Metal cladding usually fails at its details before it fails in the field of the panel: corner trims, window and door surrounds, movement joints, and fixing points. Where the panels themselves are structurally sound but the finish has degraded, recoating or overcladding is often the more proportionate option compared with a full replacement — and where it isn't, we'll say so and explain why.
